Remote Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Energy Advantage Roofing & Solar
Position: Remote Cold Caller / Appointment Setter
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
- Location: 100% Remote (work from home)
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $75/week
- Commission: $10 per qualified appointment that runs (No cap on earnings)
- Bonus: $100 for every 10th appointment that runs

What You'll Do
- Outbound Calls: Reach out to homeowners and small businesses in the Denver area (and other markets served) to introduce Energy Advantage's roofing and solar solutions.
- Qualify Leads: Ask discovery questions to identify energy needs, roofing concerns, or interest in solar/battery solutions.
- Educate Prospects: Provide a clear, compelling overview of the company's services (solar energy systems, energy-efficient roofing, battery storage, and windows) and explain the benefits—like long-term savings, sustainability, and a 25-year workmanship warranty.
- Overcome Objections: Handle common objections (cost, timing, interest) with professionalism and confidence.
- Book Appointments: Schedule consultations for the field sales or roofing/solar specialists to meet with interested homeowners.
- CRM Management: Log all calls, notes, and appointments into the system to keep the sales pipeline updated.
- Follow-Up: Reconnect with warm leads who previously expressed interest but didn't schedule right away.What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in cold calling, sales, or appointment setting.
- Strong communication skills – clear, confident, empathetic.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable handling objections.
- Organized and reliable with pipeline management skills.
- Driven to exceed goals and earn uncapped bonuses.
- Knowledgable with the American Credit system is a Plus but not required.
