Chat Support Representative - Telco Account

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Assistance: Provide real-time support to customers via chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and follow-up on unresolved issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, solutions provided, and any follow-up actions required.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex queries and improve service delivery.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma; additional qualifications in customer service or a relevant field are a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or chat support roles is preferred but not always required.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think quickly and logically to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Multitasking Ability: Proficiency in managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Additional Requirement

  • Willing to work onsite in Masinag, Antipolo
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
