About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Warranty Customer Support Representative to join our Operations team in Antipolo. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers with warranty concerns, playing a critical part in upholding our brand reputation by ensuring a smooth and transparent claims process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and email inquiries regarding existing orders and warranty-related concerns
  • Resolve warranty issues efficiently, in line with company policies and lead times
  • Monitor incoming warranty claims and coordinate with internal departments for timely action
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all claims and resolutions
  • Provide clear communication to customers on claim status, resolution processes, and timelines
  • Collaborate with quality assurance and product teams to identify common warranty issues and contribute to long-term solutions
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and policy changes
  • Conduct post-resolution follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in addressing surges in warranty-related inquiries when needed

Qualifications

Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for helping others
  • Dependable and capable of working independently
  • Ability to take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in email-based customer service
  • Familiarity with Shopify or order fulfilment software
  • Interest in BBQ kitchens, outdoor living, or similar product categories

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
