Join a High-Performing Customer Service Team Supporting a Global Client

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing operations team under the AKG account. If you're passionate about delivering excellent service, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking to grow your BPO career, this role could be the perfect fit.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll handle inquiries through voice, email, and chat, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volumes of inbound calls, chats, and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and accuracy
  • Maintain customer records, account updates, and documentation in the system
  • Follow internal communication procedures and client-specific policies
  • Build strong rapport with customers to promote loyalty and satisfaction
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service and aim to exceed expectations in every interaction

Qualifications:Required:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role (voice, chat, and email support)
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with 8x8 phone systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Experience using NetSuite or similar CRM platforms
  • Background in supporting international clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
