Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to U.S.-based healthcare clients
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
  • Perform healthcare-related tasks, such as insurance verification, claims assistance, and billing support
  • Work closely with a collaborative team to ensure excellent service delivery

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • 1–5 years of BPO experience (background in healthcare is an advantage but not required)
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours and shifting schedules
  • Highly adaptable, motivated, and a reliable team player
