Healthcare Customer Service Associates

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support U.S. clinics by handling calls, emails, and other admin tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Perform healthcare-related processes such as insurance verification, billing support, and patient intake.
  • Work closely with a collaborative team to ensure seamless operations for our U.S. partners.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a client-focused mindset.


What We're Looking For

  • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • 1–5 years of BPO experience (healthcare background is an advantage but not required).
  • Willingness to work U.S. hours and adapt to shifting schedules.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to learn and grow.
