About the role

E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES' is urgently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time role that does not require any prior BPO experience. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  4. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
