What You'll Do:

  • Engage and Support US Healthcare Providers: Be the trusted point of contact for US-based clinics and healthcare providers.
  • Professional Communication: Handle inquiries and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring the highest level of service.
  • Client-Centric Task Execution: Work on tasks aligned with the specific needs and protocols of our US clients, delivering top-tier support.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Join a supportive and driven team, where everyone works together to streamline operations and deliver exceptional service.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong Communication Skills: You should excel in both verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in Healthcare or BPO: Previous experience in healthcare support or 1-5 years in BPO (customer service/technical support) is a plus.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are eager to learn.
  • Client-Focused Mindset: You're available to work according to the business hours of our US-based clients.
