About the Role

Strategic Office Support Inc. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Workforce Coordinator to support our healthcare operations. This role ensures accurate attendance tracking, timely reporting, and effective coordination with both internal teams and clients. If you have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diligently monitor and maintain attendance and timekeeping records.
  • Ensure accuracy of attendance data for healthcare associates.
  • Investigate and resolve attendance discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist team members with attendance-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding their teams' schedule adherence and attendance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company timekeeping policies.
  • Forward attendance-related requests to clients for approval

Qualifications

  • Experience in workforce, timekeeping, attendance management, or related roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in the BPO or healthcare industry is a plus.
