About the role

Join the Edisons Group of Companies Inc. as a full-time Warehouse Releasing Coordinator based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely release of goods from the company's warehouse, ensuring seamless distribution to customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate the picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders from the warehouse
  • Liaise with production, inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate and on-time fulfilment of orders
  • Manage the warehouse release schedule and monitor order status to identify and resolve any bottlenecks or delays
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for warehouse releasing to drive continuous improvement
  • Assist in the training and supervision of warehouse staff to uphold quality and productivity standards
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on warehouse releasing activities and KPIs
  • Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency and make recommendations to management

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics coordination role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or distribution industry
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control processes and order fulfilment best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to track and monitor warehouse performance
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
