Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable System Encoder to join our team. The role is responsible for accurately encoding, updating, and maintaining data in the company's system to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encode and update data accurately into the company's system or database
  • Verify and cross-check information to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records of encoded documents
  • Generate and print system reports as required by different departments
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy
  • Assist in monitoring inventory, transactions, or records (as applicable to the system used)
  • Perform routine data quality checks and report any discrepancies or system errors
  • Support administrative tasks and other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Information technology, computer course or any related course
  • With at least 1 year of experience in data encoding, clerical, or administrative work (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Able to handle confidential information responsibly
