The Data Encoder will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and consolidating data in our system database. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in data entry and management.

Duties and Responsibility

  • Data Entry: Accurately input, update, maintain, and consolidate data into the company's system database
  • Quality Assurance: Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Data Consolidation: Merge and consolidate data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • File Management: Organize and manage electronic and paper files as required
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
  • Communication: Collaborate with team members and provide updates on assigned tasks

Qualifications:

  • Holds at least a senior high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and basic formulas using Google Sheets and/or MS Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Prior data entry or administrative experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
  • Willingness and availability to travel to and from company's offices in Pampanga, Rizal, and Metro Manila.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
