We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to our recipes and standards, maintaining a clean and organized work station, and ensuring that each guest enjoys a consistent and delicious dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items in accordance with restaurant recipes and presentation standards.
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients before service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas during and after shifts.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (including proper storage and labeling).
  • Assist with prep work, inventory, and restocking as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Handle and resolve food quality or timing issues quickly and professionally.
  • Participate in ongoing training and menu development as directed by the Chef or Kitchen Manager.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or in a similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Culinary degree or training is a plus but not required.
