Location: Ortigas, Pasig (Onsite)

Schedule: Night Shift

Salary: Up to ₱85,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We're hiring a USRN Trainer to join a growing healthcare account This role is perfect for active US Registered Nurses (preferably NY-licensed) with a passion for coaching and developing medical professionals in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training programs for USRN new hires under a healthcare account
  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials and performance metrics
  • Ensure consistent quality and compliance with US healthcare guidelines
  • Mentor and support trainees to achieve target metrics and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Active USRN License (NY State preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Trainer in a BPO setup
  • Minimum 1 year handling a Healthcare account
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig (Night shift schedule)
