Job Description

As a Wage & Compensation Coordinator, you'll support the HR Department by preparing employee compensation documents, maintaining accurate and confidential records, and ensuring data integrity. You'll play a crucial role in delivering seamless HR processes that uphold compliance and employee satisfaction.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (DST end), Weekends Off

Work setup: Onsite, Makati/Ortigas

Your Daily Tasks

• Develop and maintain successful working relationships with the leadership and management team to provide effective HR support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Organize and secure employee files and correspondence.
• Draft and process Compensation Agreements for new hires via DocuSign and file finalized documents.
• Verify accuracy of commission structures, incentive plans, and payment terms.
• Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors.
• Manage employment changes by processing Personnel Action Forms, updating employee records, and drafting new Compensation Agreements as needed.
• Assist with audits and reporting related to compensation documentation.

The Qualifications We Seek

• High School Diploma; Associate's Degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in data entry within a high-volume environment.
• Experience handling confidential documents.
• Knowledge of HRIS or payroll systems.
• Strong data accuracy and system management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
