About the Role

We are looking for a
seasoned SAP Manager Expert
to lead pre-sales, bid management, and solution design initiatives for SAP-related opportunities. This role combines deep SAP expertise with strategic thinking, proposal leadership, and client engagement.

You will play a critical role in
driving successful SAP bids
,
crafting winning proposals
, and
presenting solutions
that align with business goals and client requirements.

What You'll Do

Bid Management & Proposal Development

  • Lead end-to-end management of SAP-related RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.
  • Analyze customer requirements and create tailored SAP solutions in collaboration with delivery teams.
  • Develop and review proposal documents, blueprints, pricing models, and compliance matrices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Commercial) for inputs and approvals.

Solutioning & Architecture

  • Design high-level SAP solution architectures (R/3, S/4HANA, ECC, SAP BTP, Cloud).
  • Recommend best-fit SAP modules, platforms, and integrations.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and bid defenses.
  • Collaborate with SAP account managers, partners, and OEMs.
  • Present and position SAP solutions with a value-driven approach.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor SAP market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights to improve win rates and uncover new opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

8+ years of experience in SAP, including at least 3+ years in
pre-sales, bid management, or client-facing consulting
.

Deep understanding of SAP modules and products (S/4HANA, ECC, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud).

Proven experience preparing winning SAP proposals or RFP responses.

Experience with industry-specific SAP solutions (Manufacturing, Utilities, Public Sector) is a plus.

Familiarity with SAP's partner ecosystem and licensing models is preferred.
