Job Responsibilities
- Handle sample requests and documentation.
- Office Management: Maintain and manage inventory of office supplies, receiving and issuance.
- Coordinate and monitor all transmittal of documents to the Accounting and other department.
- Coordinate with Procurement Department with regards to requisition of Fixed Assets, Supplies and other warehouse and logistics requirements.
- Assisting warehouse team with other tasks as needed.
Job Description
- Bachelors Degree of any course.
- Proven experience in office administration and warehouse coordination.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, MS Word and Excel management software or systems.
- Analytical skills to identify patterns and discrepancies in inventory data.
- Strong communication skills for reporting discrepancies and collaborating with teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
