About the role

CORPORATE VISIONS INC' is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that requires at least 6 months of prior experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing excellent customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls
  2. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
  4. Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathize with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
