Filinvest Corporate City Association Inc. is looking for a driven and organized OJT/Intern (Admin) to join our team. In this full-time role, you will support our administrative operations and contribute to the smooth running of our business. The role is based in our offices in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
  • Organizing and scheduling appointment with admin software
  • Planning meeting and taking detailed minutes
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate degree programme, with a focus on administration, communication, business, office management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, Google and Canva
  • A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
