The position is responsible for providing support for business support center group and ensures assigned duties and responsibilities are performed effectively and accurately.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Receives and process dealer's outlet orders, routine requests regarding outlet operations, equipment repair, delivery schedule and product pull-out/replacement, payments of rentals, utilities, drinks;

  2. Performs daily and weekly product forecasting and facilitates timely delivery of products;

  3. Conducts daily sales updates;

  4. Monitors and records daily sales off take;

  5. Compares actual delivered versus forecasts of products and supplies;

  6. Coordinates with outside partners such as schools, malls, terminals and supermarkets;

  7. Encodes and updates process orders;

  8. Consolidates outlet petty cash replenishments;

  9. Prepares documentations and reports as per advise by immediate superior;

  10. Process requests for payments of rentals, utilities, drinks, etc.

  11. Coordinates with other departments for fast transactions and ensures information, activities are met and organized;

  12. Maintains records, documents and organizes the files and archive system to facilitate expeditious retrieval of information;

  13. Performs related tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  1. College level;

  2. Preferably with at least six (6) months experience as a marketing assistant in a food industry, customer relations/servicing or equivalent professional practice;

  3. Proficient in basic computer programs (word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software and internet navigation and email);

  4. Good decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills;

  5. Proficient in written and communication skills;

  6. Highly organized and has an eye for detail;

  7. Self-motivated and hardworking;

  8. Positive personal values and strong work ethic;

  9. Strict in implementing of rules, regulations, and policies.
