Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Experience is an advantage but not required
  • Required Skill(s): interpersonal, communication, MS Office application
  • To be assigned at Pasay City (Head Office)

Role Purpose

Support the marketing department to facilitate the duties of Marketing Manager and other Executives.

Key Accountabilities

Administrative Support

  • Handle travel arrangements for marketing department, schedule meetings, organize data and gather information.
  • Open, sort, and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and other correspondence.
  • Update and maintain the marketing department's documentation and databases.
  • Assist in research and other market-related activities.
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and works.
  • Prepare purchase orders, cheque requests, petty cash vouchers, and travel and expense claims with accuracy, completeness and on time.

Marketing and Advertising Support

  • Maintain newspaper clippings and files for future access.
  • Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
  • Assist with the distribution of publicity materials.
  • Assist with the updating of the Company website and social media channels.
  • Research and recommend other advertising opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19,000.00 per month
