About the role

We are looking for a skilled and organised Project Assistant to join our team at Savemore Market, a leading retail company in the Philippines. As a Project Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of various construction projects across our network of stores. This is a full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring project activities, timelines, and deliverables
  2. Provide administrative support, including document management, scheduling, and communication with stakeholders
  3. Gather and compile project data, prepare reports, and present progress updates
  4. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects
  5. Identify and help resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle
  6. Maintain accurate project records and documentation
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
  3. Proficient in the use of MS Office suite, especially Excel, for data management and reporting
  4. Basic Excel proficiency with formulas for data management and reporting tasks is required
  5. Attention to detail and a pro-active, problem-solving mindset
  6. Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  7. Bachelor's degree is required for this position
