Your Role, Your Impact

Responsible for providing financial and administrative support by managing marketing payables, validating documents for payment processing, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The role also monitors and tracks the marketing budget to ensure alignment with approved allocations and departmental targets. This role contributes to the efficiency and accountability of the Marketing Department's financial operations while supporting its overall initiatives.

  • Manage all marketing-related payables to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Review and validate supporting documents required for payment processing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding payment concerns and document submissions.
  • Prepare and submit requests for budget approvals
  • Perform SAP Goods Receipt entries and collaborate with finance and accounting teams for smooth payment transactions.
  • Monitor and track the marketing budget to ensure alignment with approved allocations and support financial planning.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of payment requests, invoices, and budget reports.
  • Respond to inquiries related to payment status and provide updates to concerned stakeholders.
  • Support the Marketing Department in financial and administrative tasks as needed.

Accountabilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all marketing-related payables.
  • Maintain completeness and accuracy of documents submitted for payment processing and budget approvals.
  • Monitor and track the marketing budget to support financial planning and control.
  • Prepare and submit budget approval requests in compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate effectively with finance, accounting, and external vendors to resolve payment or documentation issues.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, approvals, and budget reports for audit and reference.
  • Support the Marketing Department in achieving financial efficiency and accountability.
  • Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative, finance, or marketing support.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting and budget monitoring processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records
