JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the overall operations of the Marketing Department. This position oversees the execution of marketing campaigns, assists in strategic planning, and ensures the timely roll-out of all marketing initiatives across NT Group's restaurant brands in alignment with company objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and annual plans.

  2. Manage day-to-day marketing operations and ensure on-time execution of campaigns.

  3. Coordinate with brand managers, operations teams, and external partners for promotional activities.

  4. Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing performance reports.

  5. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

  6. Oversee production and delivery of marketing collateral and digital assets.

  7. Support the department head in budgeting, team coordination, and performance tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in marketing or brand management (F&B/retail preferred).

  • Strong organizational, management, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software)
  • Excellent project coordination and leadership capabilities.
