QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Marketing or any related course.
  • Preferably at least 1 year of experience as marketing assistant.
  • With experience in documentation and advertisement.
  • Willing to be assigned in MOA, Pasay City.
  • Can start ASAP.

Must possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Proficient in the use of MS application.
  • Ability to multi-task and works with minimal supervision.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processes incoming and outgoing documents based on established procedures
  • Assists and coordinates during the conduct of internal and external audits
  • Assists the Director in all workshops and seminars to be conducted
  • Ensures the timely replenishments of office supply and other logistical requirements
