Virtual Assistant – Appointment Setting, Digital Marketing & Logistics (Remote - US TIME)

We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our remote team. This role combines administrative support, marketing coordination, and basic logistics management. You'll handle appointment scheduling, assist in digital marketing efforts, and manage inventory tracking to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Management:

  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
  • Send reminders to minimize no-shows and maintain an organized calendar.

Patient & Client Support:

  • Respond to inquiries, follow up as needed, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Digital Marketing Tasks:

  • Assist with content creation for social media, email newsletters, and client communications.
  • Support marketing campaigns by scheduling posts, tracking performance, and reporting analytics.

Logistics & Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and update inventory levels for supplies, equipment, or marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors or internal teams to ensure timely restocking and deliveries.
  • Prepare simple inventory reports and track shipments or deliveries as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative, healthcare, or logistics support (remote experience preferred).
  • Skilled in appointment setting, scheduling, and client communication.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, basic email marketing tools, or content management systems.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of healthcare-related tools (e.g., EHR, scheduling software).
  • Experience using inventory management or logistics tracking tools.
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) or basic HTML for email templates.
