Area Manager

  • Provide Data analytics and Profit and Loss

  • Ensure standard operating procedures in the branch are improve and executed.

  • Handle major customer complaint and branch conflict resolution.

  • Hit target sales.

  • Strategic Management

  • Bridge of operations to main office.

  • Provides motivations to empower staff.

  • Ensure branch machines and equipments are maintained.

  • Monitoring of master inventory of stocks and supplies and goods for delivery.

  • Branch audit logbooks.

  • Conducts performance evaluation and training.

  • Branch final schedule approval.

  • Provide training workshop on topics that can motivate the team.

  • Alignment with marketing and brainstorming on effective strategies that can be implemented in the store

  • Maintain the brand standards (As well as include areas for improvement.)

  • Lead by example

Must be willing to do field works in Makati, Pasay ,Mandaluyong and Pasig
