JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales and Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations while driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires balancing operational efficiency with revenue generation by coordinating sales activities, managing inventory, monitoring service quality, and supporting strategic business initiatives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Functions:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-ups.

· Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and trends.

· Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

· Track and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.

  1. Operations Functions:

· Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments.

· Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with suppliers.

· Ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients.

· Develop operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

· Address operational challenges promptly to avoid service disruptions.

  1. Administrative & Coordination:

· Prepare operational and sales reports for management review.

· Coordinate between sales, production/service, and administrative teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
