We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Crisis Manager / Operations Officer to oversee crisis management protocols and ensure smooth operational functions within the company. This role is responsible for anticipating potential risks, managing urgent situations, and implementing strategies to maintain business continuity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergencies and operational disruptions effectively.
  • Coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve urgent issues.
  • Monitor operations to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in crisis management or operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Willing to work weekends or urgent schedules.
  • Must have a private vehicle (2-wheel/4-wheel).
  • Willing to relocate if required (staff house provided).
