Second Skin Industries is looking for a Sales and Operations Manager to be assigned in its Alabang Branch.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Sales Functions:

  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-ups.
  4. Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and trends.
  5. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

  6. Track and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.

  7. Operations Functions:

  8. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with suppliers. Ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients.

  9. Develop operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  10. Address operational challenges promptly to avoid service disruptions.

  11. Administrative & Coordination:

  12. Prepare operational and sales reports for management review.

  13. Coordinate between sales, production/service, and administrative teams.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, operations, or a related role (experience in the automotive industry is an advantage).

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or any related field.

Skills

  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Customer service orientation.

  • Time management and multitasking ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
