Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite Amazon Support Specialist role located in Pasig and assigned to the night shift. The specialist will provide top-notch customer and technical support for Amazon-related services, troubleshoot customer issues, and analyze data to resolve queries. This role requires ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded, maintaining efficient communication, and supporting documentation and reporting for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying patterns, trends, and effective problem solving.
  • Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve technical concerns efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Communication to address and resolve customer inquiries professionally and effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or Amazon support is a plus but not required.
