Tasks & responsibilities

  • Leads and manages DIY sales team to ensure actualization of sales target.
  • Organizes and monitors proper inventory management of items (i.e., fast- and slow-moving items)
  • Strives to improve the over-all performance of the store through sales turnover, conversion rate of foot traffic to basket value of transaction, customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develops and executes sales strategies to achieve optimum sales performance.
