Preferred Qualifications/ Attributes

· Graduate of any 4-year course;

· Has good oral and written communication skills;

· With good interpersonal skills, work attitude and moral character;

· Coachable, a team player, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision, innovative, and multi-tasker; and

· Knowledgeable in computer office applications (MS Office, Suite, and other office/GSuite platforms);

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Receives incoming and process outgoing documents for action and/or signature of the Executive Director;

  2. Performs complete staff work on incoming and outgoing documents on the required clearances before the approval and signature of the Executive Director;

  3. Draft communication letters, emails and email replies of the Office of the Executive Director (OED);

  4. Receives calls, online queries, and walk-in guest for the Executive Director and OED;

  5. Assists in appointment schedules and meetings of the Executive Director;

  6. Files documents and records of the Office of the Executive Director;

  7. Provides administrative support and secretariat work for the Executive Director and OED events and activities; and

  8. Performs other related administrative duties assigned from time to time by the Executive Director and immediate supervisor.
