Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support directly to executive leadership
  • Manage and organize critical business data using Airtable and QuickBooks
  • Participate in daily collaborative sessions through screen sharing and virtual meetings
  • Handle financial data entry and bookkeeping tasks with precision
  • Support executive initiatives and special projects
  • Contribute to process improvement and workflow optimization
  • Assist with accounting department operations as the role evolves
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports
  • Coordinate with team members across different business functions
Requirements
  • Proven experience with QuickBooks and Airtable
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work consistently during US Eastern Time business hours (9 AM - 5 PM ET)
  • Strong internet connection and proper home office setup
  • Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, screen sharing)
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Background in both administrative support and bookkeeping
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
