About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned investment professional to support our Fixed Income Portfolio Management team. This role is key in shaping asset allocation strategies, conducting in-depth credit research, and ensuring sound investment decisions aligned with market trends and company policies.

What You'll Do:

  • Advise portfolio managers on fixed-income investment strategies and asset allocation.
  • Assess financial strength, repayment capability, and credit ratings of potential investments.
  • Research and report on economic, industry, and market developments.
  • Build and maintain asset allocation models and obligor databases.
  • Monitor credit limits, risks, and watchlists to safeguard portfolios.
  • Partner with portfolio managers, traders, analysts, and global investment teams on valuations, credit research, and compliance.
  • Stay ahead of market trends through continuous learning and industry engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Business, or related field.
  • Post-graduate certifications (MBA, CFA, TIFP, etc.) are a plus.
  • 6–10 years of experience in credit analysis, corporate finance, or investment management, with leadership exposure.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
