Australia's leading provider of responsible financial services in the credit-impaired consumer segment is currently looking for Dialler Analyst (12-month project-based) to join our rapidly growing Company that spans across Australia, New Zealand, USA and Philippines. As a Dialler Analyst your primary role is to maximize performance of dialler campaigns by analysing data trends, creating and managing dialler campaigns, create reporting to support analysis, daily reporting. Maintain a detailed understanding of Credit Corp's contact strategy and work with senior operational leaders to successfully deliver on an agreed program.
Your goal & role in a nutshell:
- Create, update, assess, troubleshoot, problem solve, collaborate and improve dialler campaign account selections using SQL, including table joins, CTEs, and stored procedures
- Complete end to end testing for any new campaign builds
- Maximise dialler contact attempts within the constraints of compliance limits
- Assist in maintaining compliance controls through account selection and digital campaign strategy
- Review digital campaigns and log any issues or opportunities for improvement
- Identify and document issues and opportunities within digital campaigns that will lead to improvements in asset performance, operational performance, productivity, efficiency or effectiveness through business or process improvement
- Configure, monitor, and optimize outbound and blended dialler campaigns (e.g., predictive, preview, progressive).
- Maintain dialler lists, rules, filters, pacing, and call routing logic.
- Monitor real-time dialler performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Analyze campaign data and dialler metrics to provide actionable insights and performance reports.
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, IT, and workforce planning teams to align dialling strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure all dialler activities comply with regulatory requirements
- Manage and maintain Do Not Call (DNC) lists and suppression files.
- Identify and escalate system issues to vendors or IT support as needed.
- Test and implement new dialler features or updates in coordination with vendors.
- Provide end-user training and support on dialler functionalities.
- Continually enhance the accuracy and relevance of the campaign reporting provided to the business
- Provide relevant insights to business leaders relating to campaign effectiveness
