About the role

Team Ridemax Philippines' is seeking a talented and motivated Brand Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time member of our Brand Management division, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and execution of impactful brand strategies that elevate our market position and foster deeper connections with our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborating cross-functionally to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand identity and messaging
  2. Conducting market research and analysis to gain insights that inform brand positioning and content development
  3. Creating and curating compelling brand content for digital and traditional channels
  4. Monitoring and reporting on brand performance metrics to inform data-driven decision making
  5. Supporting the development of brand guidelines and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
  6. Identifying opportunities for brand innovation and contributing to the ideation of new brand initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. 2-3 years of experience in a brand marketing or digital marketing role.
  3. Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform brand strategy
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  6. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, content management, and analytics
  7. Proactive, creative, and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
