About the role

Emperador Distillers, Inc. (EDI) is seeking a talented and driven Brand Associate to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Brand Associate, you will play a crucial role in shaping the positioning and identity of our renowned brands within the marketing and communications landscape. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and development of our brand portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty among our target audiences
  2. Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive positioning to inform brand strategy
  3. Managing the creation and distribution of brand-centric content, including digital assets, social media posts, and promotional materials
  4. Monitoring and reporting on brand performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement
  5. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints
  6. Providing support in the planning and execution of brand-related events, sponsorships, and experiential marketing activities

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. 1-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or customer engagement roles
  3. Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behaviour, and the marketing mix
  4. Proficiency in creating and managing digital content, including social media platforms and web content
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  6. Proven track record of delivering successful brand campaigns and initiatives
  7. Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies
