Dexterton Corporation — the Philippines' leading curator of premium and luxury home finishing brands — is looking for an Associate Brand Manager for its Tiles & Surfaces Division.

What You'll Do


• Develop and execute marketing and brand plans for tiles and surface collections.


• Lead day-to-day coordination of campaigns, photoshoots, and showroom displays.


• Work with designers, architects, and clients to strengthen brand visibility.


• Manage social media, events, and promotional materials with the internal team.


• Ensure the brand's story and identity are consistently represented across all touchpoints.


• Track marketing performance, competitor activities, and trend insights.


• Collaborate with sales, creative, and merchandising teams to align goals and results.

Who You Are


• Has 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communications (experience in design, architecture, or interiors is a plus).


• Passionate about design, materials, and visual storytelling.


• Strategic yet hands-on — you enjoy both planning and execution.


• Organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.


• Excellent in communication, content direction, and project coordination.


• Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage.
