I. JOB MISSION/SUMMARY

To develop, establish and maintain marketing plans, programs & strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of Grimalkin Corporation.

II. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning of Marketing Activities

  1. Develop effective marketing plans to support sales programs
  2. Use effective marketing tools to come up with marketing plans:
  3. Determine what is the effective pricing strategy to achieve maximum market impact.

Implement effective Marketing Activities

  1. Insure a strong marketing organization capable of pushing planned marketing activities
  2. Use effective media to deliver marketing plans
  3. Establish, propose and monitor the right budget to insure effective marketing activities
  4. Insure that marketing plans are in synch with sales objectives.
  5. Regularly visit the market to see actual ground conditions.

Review result of Marketing Program

  1. Regularly review and update all marketing programs to adapt to changing market conditions
  2. Get and review weekly, monthly, annual sales figures by SKU and Area to see where there are gaps in the sales performance needing marketing intervention.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  2. With at least two (2) year related experience or training in Brand Management & Marketing in the Branded Retail / FMCG Industry
  3. Good administration & organizational skills; Effective Project Management Skills
  4. Has a good presentation skills & exceptionally strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, a quick learner, proactive, persistent, an achiever.
  5. Computer literate and very knowledgeable in MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  6. Shows high degree of self-confidence and maturity and projects a strong sense of leadership.
  7. Must be very creative – product concepts, designs, brand management and marketing strategies.
  8. Candidate must have a good command of written and English communication skill.
