- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Stay up to date with product updates, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
- Provide support in customer retention initiatives and upselling opportunities where applicable.
- Assist in gathering customer feedback to improve services and overall customer experience.
