About the role

As a Customer Account Specialist at Hiessence, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. In this fast-paced, full-time position, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively. The role is based in our Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City office.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound customer calls, emails and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on products, services and account-related matters
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues and provide satisfactory outcomes
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a call centre or contact centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing solutions
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
