Position: Referrals Coordinator

Overview:

Join our growing remote healthcare support team as a Referrals Coordinator If you're organized, detail-driven, and passionate about helping patients get the care they need, this role is for you. You'll play a key part in ensuring smooth and timely referral processing—making a real impact on both providers and patients every single day.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage incoming referral requests and ensure they are processed quickly and accurately.
  • Coordinate appointments with specialists, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare providers.
  • Verify insurance requirements and secure prior authorizations when necessary.
  • Update, track, and maintain all referral information within the EHR or referral management system.
  • Communicate with patients regarding referral status, schedules, and next steps.
  • Follow up with providers and partners to ensure referrals are completed without delays.
  • Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in referrals processing, prior authorization, or healthcare coordination is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance processes, and clinical workflows is a plus.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfortable using EHR systems and healthcare-related software tools.

Salary: Php 34,000/month

Work Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 PM – 6 AM (PH Time)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php34,000.00 per month
