Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience working in an ERP environment

High proficiency in MS Office, especially MS ExcelResponsibilities:Review and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of company policies, processes, and procedures

Identify gaps, weaknesses, and risks in internal controls and compliance

Analyze processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency

Recommend improvements, prepare detailed reports on findings, risks, and recommendations

Collaborate with Department Heads to address control gaps and implement improvements

Monitor adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Perform other duties as assigned
