Senior Manager of Process Excellence Job Description

About this role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Process Excellence to lead process improvement projects from ideation through to completion.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with department heads and subject matter experts to gather data, analyze root causes, and develop actionable project plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading process improvement projects using DMAIC and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Collaborating with department heads and subject matter experts to gather data and develop project plans.
  • Facilitating workshops and Kaizen events to map current state processes and design future state solutions.
  • Utilizing statistical analysis and process mapping tools to analyze complex datasets and provide clear recommendations.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and KPIs to monitor process performance.

Requirements:

  • 8-12+ years of experience in a dedicated process improvement or business transformation role.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience successfully leading multiple process improvement projects with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
