Job Summary
The Operations Manager be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring we meet our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also a hands-on leader, able to manage diverse teams and projects while maintaining a focus on quality and profitability.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives. You'll analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive a culture of continuous enhancement.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of operations professionals. Foster a positive and high-performance work environment, and ensure team members have the resources and support they need to succeed.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement efficient workflows and procedures to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. You'll be responsible for identifying and eliminating bottlenecks in our operational processes.
- Quality & Compliance: Oversee quality control measures to ensure services and products meet our high standards. You'll also ensure all operational activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Budget Management: Manage the operational budget, including forecasting, resource allocation, and cost-control initiatives. You'll be expected to find ways to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other department heads (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach to achieving company goals.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2–3 years of operations management experience, with proven leadership background.
- Proven experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or similar service-oriented industry is a strong plus.
Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
