Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling laptop and software-related issues for employees, managing software licenses & hardware assets, overseeing company-wide security monitoring, setting up security protocols and roadmap, managing security audits with partners, configuring and designing networks, possessing knowledge of IT setups for new buildings, and participating in or leading IT projects (such as network implementation and software interface) as an advisor or project lead when necessary.

Job Summary

· Change management for users' software licenses and hardware assets.

· Manage equipment & software licenses, IDs for employee onboarding, offboarding.

· Helpdesk for issue their laptop and company's installed software such as Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive or cloud server.

· Conduct security checks and improvements for document and device security, network security across the entire company, and security vulnerabilities of partner companies.

· Conduct regular security audits and online training sessions to enhance employees' awareness of security measures.

· Conduct research and planning for obtaining company security certificates (such as SOC2, PCI-DSS, etc.).

· Develop a comprehensive security roadmap for the entire organization and document protocols to ensure they remain up to date at all times.

· Provide advice on network infrastructure projects, company HR portal system implementation, and clients application integration projects, attend meetings to assist with project-related matters, and occasionally lead projects.

· Maintain communication with all third-party, partners, clients, answering in a timely manner, scheduling calls and meetings.

· Communicate with internal departments, business leads, and relationship manners.

· Ensure up-to-date awareness of IT Compliance standards.

· Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.

· Create IT infrastructure diagrams and documents related to protocols.

Qualifications

· The ideal candidate is a self- motivated team player with a strong IT background, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.

· 5 Years in IT operation / project experience.

· Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
