We are looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Inbound US Banking Campaign. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming calls and assist customers with their banking-related inquiries.

Training - Comprehensive 2-weeks training will be provided — making this a great opportunity for d candidates looking to start or grow their career in the BPO and banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from US-based customers regarding their banking needs.
  • Provide accurate information and efficient resolutions to inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while addressing customer concerns.
  • Follow call center and client guidelines, ensuring compliance with banking protocols.
  • Update customer information accurately in the system.
  • Meet performance metrics including quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • call center representative: 1 year (Preferred)
