Position Overview

As a Marketing Associate, you'll play a key role in bringing the Versa brand to life. You'll work closely with the marketing team to develop creative strategies, execute campaigns, and analyze performance to strengthen Versa's position as an industry leader. This role combines creativity, analytical thinking, and collaboration—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaigns

  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify audience needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events and activations.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance and analytics across digital platforms.

Content Creation & Branding

  • Design and produce marketing materials such as ads, videos, social posts, and collaterals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and on-brand content.
  • Manage and grow the company's digital presence across social media and website platforms.
  • Write, proofread, and edit marketing copy to ensure quality and consistency.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor website traffic, social engagement, and other marketing metrics.
  • Analyze results to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing effectiveness, ROI, and trends.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support the coordination of customer events and trade shows.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Stay informed on competitors' marketing activities and industry shifts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
