Store Supervisor

The Store Supervisor supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. This role supervises frontline staff, assists in inventory management, and ensures that the store upholds brand standards in the cosmetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support store staff in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through effective team guidance and upselling strategies.
- Provide product knowledge and beauty consultation to customers when needed.
- Oversee merchandise display, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and help prevent stock losses.
- Train and motivate staff to maintain high performance and product expertise.
- Handle escalated customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Support the Store Manager in implementing promotions, events, and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or related field preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role in retail, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or fashion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Sales-driven with the ability to motivate a team to meet targets.
- Knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, or beauty products is an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
